My whisky journey began over ten years ago when I purchased my first bottle; the Jack Daniels Monogram edition. I knew nothing about whisky, but there was something enticing about this bottle. I just had to have it. As I walked out of the store with the bottle safely tucked under my arm, I was blissfully unaware as to what would follow.

This was the beginning of an obsession, a new collection and a whole new world to spark my curiosity. As the walls became covered in cabinets full of rare and collectable whiskies, I decided to start my business to counter my wife’s constant complaining about me purchasing yet another bottle.
